Garret is an associate in BD&J’s litigation department, focusing his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. People can experience some of the lowest moments of their lives when suffering from a catastrophic injury or the loss of a loved one. With that in mind, Garret strives to invest himself fully into his clients’ cases with the hope that doing so will help his clients focus solely on healing and rebuilding their lives.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Garret assisted trial lawyers and their clients with preparation for trial. Garret had the pleasure of being inside the courtroom for eleven jury trials witnessing well-known trial lawyers litigate from voir dire to verdict. During this time, Garret developed not only a passion for trial, but also a firsthand understanding of the hard work, dedication, and empathy required to successfully present a Plaintiff’s case to the jury. Garret practices these same virtues now as a litigator.
A native of Southern California, Garret graduated from St. Francis High School in La Cañada, California and California State University, Los Angeles. He received his J.D. from Western State College of Law. Garret is a member of the State Bar of California and an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
