Maria Laforet is a skilled attorney and advocate with Abogados Fuertes. Receiving her J.D. in 2022, Ms. Laforet has spent most of her career in the legal field, fulfilling many necessary roles surrounding the litigation process. Prior to entering law school, she had the opportunity to work as a judicial extern and law clerk for the Honorable Judge Kevin K. Allen, later a certified law clerk, and pre-litigation negotiator prior to passing the California bar exam and joining her firm’s team of attorneys.  

While in law school, she excelled in her coursework and was recognized for her legal argument and writing skills. She was part of the Student Bar Association and was selected as a Federal Bar Association representative in 2020. Ms. Laforet is a multilingual attorney committed to providing accessible representation to underserved communities.
